Trip to Big Bad Wolf

Yesterday(22/12/2012),Me and my friends went to Big Bad Wolf Book Sales at Mines Convention Center (MIECC). It was awesome. Its like collections of tons of books in a warehouse. All in cheap price. The most expensive book that I found out is just like RM25.00 and the most cheap book is RM3. If I check back the price compared to normal bookstores,Books that cost around more than RM80 is just sell in less than RM30.WOW!!!

But the disadvantage I saw here is no Local Books sold here. Some of my friends asked Books that related to Islam.But I could not find one. Its OK since all the books from UK/US as long there is an increase number of reading culture from this type of events.

Apa itu Screen Protector?
Senang kata ia adalah sejenis lapisan pelekat untuk melindungi screen phone/tablet anda.

Installing windows 8

Huhu,at last Windows 8 officially released.Managed to get Original Windows 8 from IIUM Dreamspark.
So what i did?
Well,because of Windows 8 still new in town,I am sure not many of the software that I installed in my laptop will work perfectly in windows 8 especially GAMES.So,I decided to do dual-boot installation.And guess what,it tooks  me around 10 minutes to install windows 8.So fast la!!!.

fix galaxy mini s5570 stuck at mibib download in odin

When your Samsung Galaxy Mini is soft brick,you need reinstall the firmware using ODIN v4.38 flash tool.
Recentl,my phone get soft brick due to some rooted apps I recently installed.Because of that,when I reboot my phone,it stucked at samsung galaxy mini loading screen,and then black screen for more than 30 minutes.It shows that my phone is soft brick.So,I followed a tutorial on how to flash it back.

This is the website. I followed exactly on the steps mentions.I downloaded the firmware for Malaysia and OPS file.But I stuck at one part.

Basically,this app requires rooted devices.So those who did not root yet.Sorry cant help you.So ROOT..lol
The app called as Font Installer.

Download (Google Play Store)

1.First,install this app.(If you did not root your phone/tablet.ROOT first.)

2.In order to make the installation of the font work works..First connect your phone into any Internet connection(Wifi / 3G /4G).

3.Open the app,choose the font you like/interested.

4.It will ask you to restart your phone after installation.

5.After restart,your phone look different.Nice rite?

Alhamdulillah, after long time watching Dr. Zakir Naik infront of the PC..Allah SWT gave me and my friends a chance to attend his talk LIVE in Malaysia at PWTC.It was a wonderful night and good experiece..The title of the talk is about "Islam view on terrorism and jihad"..On top that,guess what,the VIP is our former ex-Prime Minister Tun Dr.Mahathir. The venue is fully crowded. I am sure it is because of Dr Zakir Naik fan's.

How to Dual-Boot Windows 7 and Ubuntu 12.04

Hey guys,it's been quite long I did not post anything.I have been involve in a big program which is KICT Festival.It's a awesome experience to learn new things and to face many challenges.So,today I was a committee for a program which is FOSS DAY(Free Open Source Day).

At the end of program,we had a workshop which is installing Linux OS in participant laptop.The OS is Ubuntu 12.04.(The latest one.Sort off.now 12.10 beta 2).So,I will share with you a video that I found to guide you.(Many of my friends had a difficult time to install Ubuntu,thats why I do this tutorial)

Good Luck in trying it out.

First download The Ubuntu from this link 
Get an empty cd or dvd OR use a pendrive to install ubuntu.(Make sure your thumbdrive size is at least 4GB)

Restock/convert back to Gingerbread from ICS for Samsung Galaxy Tab GT-P1000

Hey guys,recently I downgrade/restock/flash back to stock GingerBread 2.3.3 rom for my galaxy tab.
I found a good tutorial from TeamOvercome website.
If you want to flash back to gingerbread from Ice Cream Sandwich Custom Rom.
Just follow this Procedures from this TheOverconme website.

To,make your life easier.I summarize for you.
1.Download this file GB-Stock-Safe    This file contains all files needed to download from overcome website.
2.(I take from the teamovercome website.So that you wont confuse.)

The Installation:
1. Extract the 001001-GB-Stock-Safe-v5.zip file into a folder of your choice.
2. Now put your Tab into what’s call the “Download” mode. You can do this, by shutting/powering down your Tab. Once shut/powered down, hold down the Volume Down button and the Power button together until you get the following image appearing on your Tab’s screen:

3. Now go to the folder where you’ve extracted the 001001-GB-Stock-Safe-v5.zip to. Open the Odin3_v1.7 folder and fire up the Odin3 v1.7.exe application. Now connect your Tab to the computer with the USB cable that comes with your Tab, You should get the screen below appearing. (It’s alright if the COM# is not similar, as long as you get the Yellow box as below.)

4. Now click on the “PIT” button, and a file selection window should open. Look for the following file “gt-p1000_mr.pit” in the extracted folder and select it. Next click the “PDA” button, and select the “GB_Stock_Safe_v5.tar” file. Now, select the “PHONE” button, and the file selection window should open again. Now the next step is important:

• If you’re using a GSM-based GT-P1000 Tab (Asia/Europe/ Middle East/Oceania/Africa, rest of the world, etc), look for the “JPZ Modem” folder and select the “modem.bin” file.
• If you’re a North American T-MOBILE Tab user, look for the “T-Mobile Modem” folder and select the “modem.bin” file.
• If you’re an AT&T (USA), TelCel (Mexico – if you’re not using the GT-P1000L Tab) and Telstra (Australia) user, look for the “JK3 Modem” folder and select the “modem.bin” file. It doesn’t matter if you prefer another modem, you can flash another modem, once you’re done… Doenload Modem Link
  

You should get the following screen when you’re done, so pay attention to the Option selections:

5. Now click on the big Start button, and let the Odin tool run its magic. It should take a few minutes. Once it’s done, you’ll get the screen below. Make sure you let it run fully, uninterrupted until you get the green “Pass!” box like in the screen below!

6. Once you’ve seen the green “PASS!” notification like the one in the screen above, where there’s no failed notification, which means it’s successful! By now, if you look at the Tab, it would have rebooted itself. It should be rebooting into the stock Samsung JQ1 ROM. Please let it boot completely.

4.Thats all.
5.If you doing this for first time,please search for videos in youtube regarding this thing or do it with someone who experienced in Android Flash thing

Why,If you check Asus Transformer Prime tablet.It has detachable keyboard whereby you can take it off or put it back when you needed.But GoNote,it is just a netbook and uses Android as an OS,so you cannot install windows in it or do dual-boot.Besides that,the hardware used in GoNote is somehow same in normal tablet.

But what is interesting here is the battery can last longer than normal tablet(more than 5 hours).It has touchscreen.On top of that,you can edit or create office document in Android for real.I usually just read powerpoint slide in my android phone.But this will be great experience to do assignments in Android environment.

Last but not least,the problems that possible occur that is admitted by the company itself which is

• No GPS*
• No embedded 3G*
• No G Sensor – eg tilt racing games will not work.
• GoNote is Android only- you cant install Windows OS.
• No access to Buy or Stream Movies via Google Play
• Not all apps are compatible with GoNote and Android 4.
• You need a Wi-Fi broadband network to connect to the internet.

In conclusion I can say this NetBook is somehow same like ChormeBook.Just different OS but same concept.

How to create basic Android app?

At last,I learn how to create a simple Android application..3 days I sit in front of my laptop,searching in Google for tutorial's and understand the tutorial I found.Out of all tutorials in Internet only 2 tutorials I managed to understand.So,I try n error to building an app by applying what i learned from these two tutorials.Not perfect but close enough.Before I show you the website of the tutorial,here is the screenshot of the app I made.(Not for showing off,but to show that anyone can do it.it is simple!)click the image to view clearly.

Yeah,I finally managed to do it.Experience yourself using Android 4.0-Ice Cream Sandwich by installing custom rom CynogenMod 9. Just follow these simple tutorials.And walla! your GT-P1000 galaxy tab 7 is using ICS..wohoo
By the way,it is stable,no bug(no problem).Better Performance than gingerbread version(Android 2.3)..no battery problem.

So if you thinking to upgrade,do it on your own risk.Try do together with someone who is experienced with all these rooting,flash rom stuff.

Ahhhh.For Malaysian's,Cendol is one of the favorite local food.Icy and sweetness can be feel when we say about cendol.So,usually me and my friends like to go a restaurant at least once a month to relax and enjoy ourselves.So,we go to Restoran Wahab's Cendol.

What is most interesting in this Restaurant is that,they provide many kinds of cendol.Such as cendol jagung,cendol durian,cendol ice-cream,and etc.Besides that,their Mee Goreng,Char Keuy Teow,Mee Kari is Awesome.I give A+.Lol. First of all,I would like to apologize to my followers due to being inactive for a while.I am busy quite a while.So very SORRY... :-)

During this semester,I am taking Web Programming 1.In this subject we learn about HTML,PHP,and MySQL. It is a very interesting subject.So,now I will share with you on how I learn HTML,PHP,and MySQL to increase understanding in I have learned during class time and applied it my project.

1.Make sure you have a good textbook.Just google to find one.
2.Have a good friend,who is good in C++ and SQL.Why?
--This is because PHP programming is somehow related to C++.I can say,it is evolved from C++ to PHP,so that it can survive in Internet world.hehehe.MySQL uses SQL as its query.Other part in MySQL used as command to communicate to server.
3.Internet resource.

Now,how does HTML,PHP and MySQL related to each other?
Well,it's simple.let me take an example for make you understand easier.Lets take Facebook for instance.

HTML is used for designing the interface.

By referring in above picture,in HTML,you design the layout to place where the username,password,sign up,background color,logo,and some pictures to be put.

so,when does PHP part comes?
it comes the moment you clicked the button sign up/login.
It is used to take extract your input in the form.To be process.

Now,after you click login, in few seconds MySQL part working in background to retrieve data from facebook database by using your username and password.(Username and password used to authenticate process).It will retrieve data all about YOU!!!!.

So,how about after login? The output?
So,now after I retrieve my data from facebook database.How to display it?
It's PHP+HTML...

HTML = design,and place area to display your data.
PHP = display data from database(eg:your friend status,application update,chat,and etc).

Burger Bakar Kaw Kaw @ Wangsa Maju

This is best bro...McD x best...hahhaha...It is awesome...Homemade burger that made whole KL know about it.To order the burger,have to wait about 2 hour due to the long queue.It taste so good..and wonderful..So juicy and cheezy..This is my 2nd time I eat..First time I eat,when his shop situated near NZ at Wangsa Walk.This burger is 100% original(meat/beef)..No additives or processed item like KFC or McD.Below are the pictures that I take during queue time
